Vigor's tubing pup joints are short lengths of tubing, and are used as interconnecting pipework between equipment. We offer various styles of pup joints to suit your needs or preference.
When ordering, please specify:
· Tubing OD
· Tubing ID, wall size or weight
· Grade: J-55, N-80 or P-110 or special grade
· Overall length; 2 ft., 4 ft., 6 ft., 8 ft., 10 ft. or specific customer sizes
· Standard or premium threads (ex. 2-3/8” EUE )
· Combination: box X pin; box X box; pin x pin
· With or without Couplings
Quality Assurance Services that China Vigor provides:
(1) . Pup joint must undergo rigorous testing.
(2). Pup joint will be regularly using ultrasonic thickness measurement of wall thickness, it is recommended once product finished, if not reach the effective thickness value, would be replaced immediately before shipment.
(3). Pup joint will be filled with seal grease, and manually check each joint rotation is flexible, without jamming.
(4). Each product is accompanied by certificate and packing list.
